COVID-19 Alert

Both Dr. Dave’s in Campbell and Saratoga is open and looking forward to seeing you and your pets! We ask that you take a look at the following protocols to help us keep our community safe! Please remember that masks are required at the time of drop-off and pick-up!

Campbell: Our Campbell facility is open during our regular hours, we ask that when you arrive, please stay in your car and notify us by phone (408) 520-4902 when you arrive.

We will meet you at your car to retrieve your pet and if you are dropping them off for grooming, will give you an estimate of when they are ready for pickup. We will still give you a call when they are ready, and when you arrive, your pet will be returned to your car.

Saratoga: Our Saratoga facility is open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. We ask that you call our front desk (408) 647-2774 when you arrive, and then meet us at the designated Grooming or Daycare doors to drop off your pet.

Our groomer will meet you outside to go over any notes you may have and give you an estimate for when your pet will be ready for pickup. We will also give you a 30-minute heads up call when they are close to being ready. When you return, please give us a call and we will bring your pet our to you!

We appreciate your help in keeping everyone safe and want to assure you that we are taking extra precautions in our facilities by wearing masks, plus implementing additional sterilizing and disinfecting of all surfaces.
